Heavy Equipment Operator

Aceto Earthworks is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely and effectively operate heavy equipment, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, cranes, and rollers in accordance with safety standards and procedures.

2. Safely and effectively load, unload and move materials, soil or debris with heavy equipment.

3. Perform routine inspections of equipment and perform preventive maintenance to ensure proper function and safety.

4. Complete logs, reports and documentation fully, accurately and in a timely manner.

5. Carry out project scope of work according to instructions, blueprints, specifications and GPS while performing work such as excavating trenches, grading sites or demolishing structures.

6. Communicate and work with coworkers, supervisors and other trades people on each project plan to complete work on time.

7. Follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean work area.
