Hydraulic Repair Technician

Komatsu is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Repair Technician to join their dynamic team. Job Summary

• Dismantle, assess, and rebuild hydraulic, components/equipment of all ranges.
• Operate test stands for testing pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, legs, jacks, and rams.
• Work with disassembly and assembly test equipment.
• Carry out in-depth inspections with metric and standard micrometer and other tolerance tooling and develop inspection disassembly and final test/inspection reports.
• Operate lapping machine, drill press, grinder, honing machine, and various hand tools while processing the component parts.
• Adhere to quality control written standards and operating procedures.
• Order parts as needed to complete order. Return un-placed parts to stock after completion of a job.
• Follow and practice established safety and environmental practices. Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
