Maintenance Mechanic

Yaya Foods is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily equipment inspections to identify potential damage or repair needs.
• Service and maintain a variety of machinery, including conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, depalletizers, and labelers.
• Execute production line tasks while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain and repair PLC systems, as well as electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery and related hardware with minimal supervision.
• Assist operators during equipment malfunctions and collaborate to resolve issues promptly.
• Support the development of team members through hands-on training and cooperative efforts.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Integrated Management Systems, including Production, Quality, Food Safety, and GMP standards.
• Follow all health, safety, environmental, and legal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
