Maintenance Mechanic

Job Responsibilities (Human-Written Version):

• Identify and fix the root cause of unexpected equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues across a range of systems including electrical/electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical parts, and facility components. A basic understanding of PLCs and control systems is also required.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance checks and services on machinery to keep operations running smoothly.
• Fabricate or repair metal components and parts as needed to maintain or improve equipment functionality.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections by preparing clear and concise reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop, including stocking tools and parts, managing inventory, and ensuring all supplies are readily available.
