Machine Maintenance Technician

Hitachi is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing a wide range of heavy-duty equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an industrial mechanic, repair technician, or machine tool mechanic, with strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting equipment issues, including diagnosing and repairing machine control systems and applying root cause analysis to implement effective, mistake-proof solutions.
• Strongly preferred: ability to independently perform complex machine tool rebuilds with minimal supervision.
