Maintenance Technician III

JOB SUMMARY:

Maintenance Technician III is a senior-level technician and subject matter expert in the Maintenance Department. This position is responsible for leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment/system failures and high-level repairs to plant equipment and systems. A Tech III demonstrates advanced technical knowledge relating to all maintenance disciplines and will mentor Tech I and Tech II staff, support continuous improvement, and facilitate the implementation of equipment reliability strategies for the overall facility. This position requires independent decision making, responsibility for project leadership, and a significant level of responsibility working with the Maintenance Manager, as well as cross-functional departments.
