Strivr recruitment seeks a skilled and experienced Maintenance Tech to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct preventative maintenance checks on equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and problem-solve to ensure power transmission, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Do welding, grinding, machining, and fabrication when needed.
Specify changes, adjustments, and modifications required to achieve desired outcomes from machinery, using OEM specs, blueprints, sketches, and manuals.
Put plant and equipment in good condition by periodic inspection and site audit.
Help to develop and implement the Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) plan for the Hamilton site.
