Core Molding Technologies is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Create ideas and detailed CAD models using SolidWorks engineering drawings and documentation
  • Choose the suitable materials, fabrication techniques, and components from the shelf
  • Troubleshoot problems, perform analysis of the root cause, and then re-create strategies to solve problems
  • Inform equipment owners of any improvements or changes made to the equipment
  • Builds prototypes hands-on as well as test rigs, experiments with setups
  • Works with the Maintenance and production teams to provide daily assistance and technical support with a particular focus on reliability, safety, and cost reduction
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may occur in the production process that are related to the production process, support, and facility equipment
  • Lead, design, and manage capital improvement projects, including the purchase of equipment, upgrades to equipment, and automation
  • Contribute to the management of project activities, scheduling, tracking schedules, and risk management, as well as reports on progress and adherence to safety and quality, people delivery, and cost goals
  • Ensure compliance with the company's standards, safety regulations, laws, and codes of conduct.
  • All other duties to be performed as per the instructions
