Responsibilities:

The entire spectrum related to HVAC creation and operation
Developing design briefs
System calculations and load calculation
HVAC system modelling
Hydraulic analysis of air as well as water systems
The conceptual and precise design of HVAC systems
The development of schematics for the system through all design phases
Engineering designs as well as drawings and documents
Specification Writing
Building Management Systems—development of the system's design, specifications, and controls strategies, and sequence of operations at the design phases
