Senior Process Engineer

PM GROUP is actively seeking a skilled and experienced senior process engineer to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: 

• The ability to lead designs from conceptual and feasibility stages, which includes presenting alternatives to process to our clients as well as improvement of the chosen design.
• Conduct detailed engineering tasks processing, including the preparation of process clear utility calculations drawings, reports, etc., directly or under the supervision of other engineers.
• Knowledge of GMP facility needs: GMP material and personnel flows Clean room design requirements and compendial water requirements, the effects of open versus closed processing, etc.
• Experience in making decisions and solving design issues that are typical of biopharmaceutical research projects. This includes determining the best water source for injection and distribution strategies, determining an appropriate design strategy for flexibility in GMP single-use facilities, designing processes and green expansion strategies for expansion of facilities, etc.
• Coordinate and communicate in coordination with PM Groups, different disciplines, and offices, as well as with external consultants.
• Mass Balance, PFD, and P&ID creation for biopharmaceutical unit operations (bioreactors as well as fill, finish, chromatography, etc.).
