Engineer - Structural (Dams & Hydropower)

AECOM is actively seeking a skilled and experienced engineer—structural (dams & hydropower)—to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our operations. 

Key responsibilities:

• Offer technical assistance to dam project managers. This includes analysis, design, and compliance with regulatory requirements related to a range of dams.
• Conduct dam analysis and design, like analysis of strength and structural stability of concrete dams as well as their appurtenant structures (spillways and outlet works and various other civil structures on site).
• Perform detailed checks and reviews of the work of other engineers.
• Create drawings and reports on structural analysis and specifications for dam construction projects.
• Draw structural drawings and create visual aids in coordination in conjunction with the CAD team.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams for various projects that concern dams and different hydraulic structures.
• Have a determination to move toward higher levels of responsibility, including task-specific direction.
