Danaher is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join their dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for:

Managing the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program for manufacturing equipment: Develop and maintain PM procedures. Schedule and coordinate PM activity, Major projects, and equipment upgrades. Review the program and implement programs for improving manufacturing line efficiencies and maintaining department performance.
Conduct performance appraisals, coach and counsel all employees. Work through conflicts and implement disciplinary actions, as needed. Manage staffing and headcount for maintenance and also manage the processes for hiring staff as needed to support the maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation equipment issues.
Work with vendors on equipment purchases. Manage the stocking and usage of spare part’s for manufacturing equipment. Perform changes to spare parts and workflows to lower costs and to improve efficiency.
Maintain all Manufacturing areas and equipment in Good Housekeeping status.
Monitor equipment and initiate process changes to ensure OEE, and maintenance is in compliance with Company, FDA, ISO, OSHA, and GMP standards.
