Hydraulic Systems Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implements initiatives that lead to overall profitability for new and existing products.
• Implements initiatives that lead to overall improvement of warranty reduction initiatives.
• Implements cost reduction initiatives pertaining to component design for new and existing products.
• Implements improvements to CNH design standards and methodologies.
• Design and development of hydraulic and mechanical components & systems, including electro-hydraulic systems for mobile applications.
• Develops new designs concepts for assigned projects, which must enhance performance, value proposition to the customer or improves number of features.
• Actively pursues new and innovative designs for potential invention disclosure.
• Develops plans to meet cost and reliability goals of assigned components and systems.
