Hydraulic Product Application Engineer

Job Duties

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following roles. 

•    Support hardline account managers (AM), sales development managers (SDM), and system application engineers (SAE) by serving as a technical consultant in order to provide our customers with the best solution for their machines.
•    Work with the engineering team and the digital customer experience team to make technical information and literature come alive by setting up the framework for an interactive and user-friendly platform of assessment.
•    Lead/ Own sales requests, work with others to determine feasibility and provide feedback to the sales team or, customer.
•    Plan and conduct product trainings for sales teams and customers
•    Write product change notifications for customers
