Mechanical Engineer II

Main Duties

• Conduct engineering analysis with overall guidance
• Create or revise engineering layouts/schematics and/ or detailed drawings/specifications of limited scope with overall guidance
• Perform and document engineering experiments with overall guidance
• Create necessary alpha/gamma documentation for product release with overall guidance
• Plan, procure, and assemble mechanical components/equipment identifying alternatives for critical parts and subsystems with limited scope to resolve moderately complex technical issues
• Diagnose a range of mechanical problems that may be of moderate complexly with overall guidance
• Apply concepts to observe moderate product issues and moderate complexity mechanisms solutions
