Entry-Level Service Technician

WMH is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Entry-Level Service Technician to join their dynamic team. Essential Duties:

•  Maintenance & Repairs: Support with routine maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Diagnostics: Work under supervision of seasoned technicians to build troubleshooting skills associated with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Customer Service: Assist with a high level of customer service through effective communication with clients related to the status and needs of their equipment.
•  Records: Document and keep accurate records of work performed such as parts used and labor hours according to company policy.
•  Safety: Comply and adhere to all safety regulations and standards to ensure an appropriate working environment for self, fellow workers and clients.
• Continuous Improvement: Attend training when appropriate and pay attention to the newest developments in the industry to continually improve skills and knowledge.
