Machine Field Tech II

Warren Cat is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Field Tech II to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Fulfill assigned work packages and tasks within flat rate times and redo.
- Accurately and on time incorporate all required paperwork and access databases for jobs (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW).
- Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with little to no direction.
- Provide management with clear and accurate information for quotes. 
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems; provide recommendations for repair; make all vital machine and engine repairs and adjustments.
- Test and verify proper performance of all repairs and adjustments. 
- Conduct general failure analysis and procedures to determine proper diagnosis. 
- Mentor members of the machine team.
