Plasma is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

The responsibilities and duties for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively execute maintenance assignments to include electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general repair of all equipment to provide quality and production levels.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting of equipment and miscellaneous downtime issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance of equipment to the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Maintain the building by repairing as needed.
  • Fabricate or build items as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Recommend and participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide evidence in support of conformance with applicable standards and procedures during management system audit activities, and participate in corrective action activities as needed.
  • Serve to create an atmosphere of teamwork at all times while ensuring a clean and safe workspace is maintained.
  • Complete any other duties as assigned.
