Safety & Maintenance Technician

Maintenance of Equipment & Systems

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems such as pneumatics and hydraulics.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electromechanical components of production equipment.

Assist with the setup and calibration of mechanical systems and torque application equipment.

Confirm the mechanical testing equipment operates safely and correctly.

Keep records of maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.

Maintenance Routings

Carry out maintenance activities according to the scheduled routines, which will detail what maintenance activities are do to be completed.

Detect and report any deviations or possible issues found during inspections.

Work with engineering and operations to coordinate maintenance schedules.
