Equipment Technician

Milton Cats is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Technician to join their dynamic team. Duties

• Inspect, service, and repair a variety of construction rental equipment to proper working order, be it in the shop, or being repaired in the field when field repairs are required a company service truck will be used.
• Perform rental check-ins, safety checks and inspections according to company policies to ensure the equipment is Rent Ready. 
• Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drive components, and typical mechanical failures. 
• Display positive and effective interactions with customers, other employees, and management, and equipment manufacturers. 
• Follow all safety practices and standards. 
• Maintain accurate records as it relates to repair orders, parts ordering, and time keeping. 
• Must be thorough and efficient as it relates to repairs and rental check-in.
