Hydraulic Repair Technician

Komatsu is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Repair Technician to join their dynamic team. Main Job Responsibilities

• Follows all safety regulations and performs housekeeping duties. 
• Disassembles and cleans different kinds of hydraulic components; 
• Conducts repairs on any kind of components utilizing assorted hand tools; 
• Uses different shop equipment such as lapping machine, drill press, lathe, honing machine, etc. 
• Uses proper prints to make sure assembly meets quality standards; 
• Procures parts needed to complete the rebuild; 
• Completes the paperwork requisitioning parts and returning parts to stores and sometimes create work orders for outside vendors for chroming, etc.; 
• Examines completed units and certifies that they meet Joy standards. Completes electronic reports and necessary paperwork for quality; 
• Operates and maintains test stands and other test equipment;
