Maintenance Mechanic

H.B. Fuller is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Major Responsibilities:

• Will follow all work instructions and all safety rules, including the use of all PPE and safety gear, without exception.  
• Contributes to and takes ownership of general housekeeping around the entire plant and in the assigned area in the maintenance "shop".
• Will possess advanced forklift / highboy skills. Will be trained on all lifts in use in the plant.
• Will have knowledge of OSHA requirements as related to everyday activities.
• Will have familiarity of safety specific to the plant and equipment.
  Quality.
• Will research better and compatible equipment which will standardize equipment types and therefore has less and not a wide variety of spare parts and vendors.
• Will carry out the responsibilities outlined in the Quality System for the plant.
