Duties and Responsibilities

Repairs and addresses machines for production, including but not limited to: chuck repairs, replacing hydraulic hoses and leaks, replacing lube blocks, valves, belts, cylinders, and seals. Aligning turrets, spindles, and tailstock. Repair chip conveyors and tanks, addressing bearing problems. Repair electrical issues; replacing switches, solenoids, cooling fans, fuses, relays, and contactors,
Also, performs preventative maintenance on all machines. Will identify root cause fixes utilizing 8-D and a 4-step problem-solving analysis
