Core Job Responsibilities

Production Operations

  • To assemble and test electronic/mechanical products in accordance with established procedures and processes to ensure workmanship, quality, and established standards, and that ERP/MRP system data has been completed.
  • To perform set testing on established products in accordance with test instructions, and to complete and ensure that documentation is accurate.
  • Basic testing of assemblies & cables (continuity, inductance, resistance, etc.) in accordance with Test Instructions.
  • As a member of the manufacturing team within this role we are responsible for taking part in identifying improvements, opportunities that help support lean manufacturing principles and help drive costs down without impacting quality.
  • To inspect parts and assemblies as per the procedures.
  • To populate, solder, and modify printed circuit boards as per IPC standards.
  • To follow ESD, 5S, EH&S and Ergonomics processes and principles.
  • You may be required to perform other tasks within your level of ability.
