Carpenter Co is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Electronic Technician A Maintenance to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet runs at peak performance, supporting safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer all line calls according to the assigned number and when required.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  3. Conductors are used to run through conduits and/or create new circuits.
  4. Perform preventative maintenance, dismantling, and rebuilding equipment/machines.
  5. Assess and report on the conditions that could pose a risk or interfere with the efficient use of equipment, machinery, and construction systems.
  6. Use forklifts, clamp lifts, scissor lifts, genie booms, and other machines as needed.
  7. Understand and read electrical schematics and equipment diagrams. Also, read the complicated diagrams and manuals.
  8. The capability to apply advanced shop math and employ a variety of precise instruments and devices.
  9. Maintain plant lighting systems.
  10. It is essential to be knowledgeable about the control of inventory and purchase order systems.
  11. Train class "B" Electronic Technicians.
  12. Participate in all departmental meetings that are required.
  13. Might perform some mechanical tasks as required.
  14. Other duties as specified by the supervisor.
