Positional Responsibilities:
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, such as electric and hydraulic motors, gear boxes, chains, belts, hydraulic valves, pipefitting, pump rebuilding, and basic industrial electrical skills.
Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, such as AC and DC circuits, disconnecting devices, relays, pushbuttons, DCS & PLC components, microprocessor systems, conduit, wiring, overload protection devices, gear boxes, chains, belts, hydraulic valves, electric and hydraulic motors, etc., should be installed, troubleshooted, repaired, tested, and maintained.
• Adapt systems to meet production demands by following engineering guidelines.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance duties; • Teach other maintenance staff how to operate and maintain equipment;
• Increase the dependability of equipment by using better designs and preventative maintenance methods.
