Duties:
• Keeping up with our PMs and maintenance software tasks
• Keeps the building, machinery, and equipment in general condition and repairs them.
• Helps with general facility housekeeping when needed.
• In charge of assigned tasks, making sure they are finished on schedule and within budget.
• Could offer advice to other staff members regarding equipment maintenance.
• Keeps track of and logs information about preventative maintenance.
• Carry out basic carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
