Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

Equipment & Facility Maintenance

Perform preventive, corrective, and enhancement maintenance on all plant equipment and production equipment in the facility.• Execute jobs for repairs and maintenance promptly and keep track of the completed work.
Install, troubleshoot, fix, and maintain facility and production equipment.
* Monitor breakdowns of equipment and then implement control and corrective actions.
* Monitor and report on the condition of the machines, utilities, and other building facilities.
Check alarm devices (e.g., systems for fire protection, etc.) and make repairs if required.
* Identify faulty processes or materials that are not working properly and report any unusual circumstances to the appropriate supervisor.
Make jigs, tools, and other mechanical supports as needed.

Operational Support

* Provide prompt support for production to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction of the customer.
* Assist third-party contractors with setting up, maintenance, and repair work.
* Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel in other departments when the need for expertise arises.
* Create productivity and improvement suggestions within assigned work areas.

Safety & Compliance

Make sure you follow all safety rules and report any unsafe acts or circumstances.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the work areas.
* Support initiatives of the company in safety and operational conformity.
