Hydro is actively seeking a skilled and experienced PLC Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Job duties include helping to install, start up, and maintain electrical equipment and control systems in plants and facilities, with a focus on troubleshooting PLC-based control systems.
Configurations of PLCs, HMIs, and operator interfaces, as well as low-level program modifications like adding or modifying timers, alarms, or other small program modifications. 
To enhance equipment operation and control system reliability, help operating and maintenance departments choose and standardize hardware, software, device upgrades, drivers, and interfaces. 
When major changes are made to control systems, notify all maintenance staff in writing so that troubleshooters working all shifts are aware of the latest modifications.
