What You're Going to Do
Ascertain the stability, uniformity, and thorough documentation of every manufacturing procedure, including washing, assembling, testing, painting, labeling, and packaging.
Create and implement predictive and preventive maintenance plans to guarantee high equipment uptime.
To address persistent problems, apply structured problem-solving techniques like the Fishbone (Ishikawa), DMAIC, A3 reports, and the Five Whys.
Determine and carry out productivity-boosting projects that increase output and eliminate bottlenecks.
Keep an eye on and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
After the cell expert for manufacturing issues pertaining to safety and process quality, provide line support for the assembly cell.
