Accumulator Charging Block
Accumulator Charging Block

Maintain nitrogen pressure within the bottles while the accumulator is disconnected and undergoing servicing.
The BC charging block serves several key functions:
- Facilitate the charging process by adjusting and releasing pressure from both the accumulators and backup bottles.
- Ensure a seamless flow of nitrogen gas between the accumulators and bottles.
- Enable real-time monitoring of the system pressure for continuous assessment.
- Provide a safety mechanism to prevent overpressure in both the accumulator and gas bottles.
Application:
The BC Gas Charging Block enhances the safety and practicality of connecting one or more additional nitrogen bottles to a "transfer" version accumulator.
- Establish connections between accumulators and nitrogen bottles.
- Can be employed for pressure intensification when installed in conjunction with a piston accumulator.
