Certified Crane Operator

McMillen is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Crane Operator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

The function of the Operator is to be able to safely operate our Crawler Crane (80T). An operator must have strong operational skill sets to produce high-volume, quality work within a safety-conscious work environment. The operator has to be able to communicate and collaborate with the boat captains, foremen, and laborers in order to produce quality, high-volume, time-sensitive work. The operator has to be willing to perform other related duties as well when performing other duties outside of the crane cab.
