Hydraulic Field Service Technician

Questas is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Go to the site and undertake an initial diagnosis and assessment.
• Establish what actions are required to get the machine up and running, and then carry out the corrective action, either repairing or replacing.
• Carry out site installations and commissioning of new systems.
• Undertake routine preventative maintenance services on existing hydraulic equipment.
• Complete tasks under the workshop requirement, which will involve cylinder, pump, and motor rebuilding/testing.
• Complete your work in a manner that is safe and in accordance with WHS procedures.
