Forklift Operator

DHL is actively seeking a skilled and experienced forklift Operator to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Major Responsibilities:

• 80% of the time on specified shift, load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials at the location using any one of a variety of forklifts or other power equipment.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded.
• Keep records and reports to assure accurate inventory.
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy; check the count of the load, stability, and product damage, and report discrepancies as necessary.
• Change equipment battery or LP tank and check power source as necessary. 
• Maintain equipment and materials for the facility in good condition, neat, clean, and orderly.
• Assist with physical inventories.
• Perform daily checks and inspections of equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
