Sr. Valve Design Engineer

Bray is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Valve Design Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals.  The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Responsibilities: 

• Product Development: Manage the development of new valves and actuators, from concept to production, making sure to achieve the entire scope of project milestones.
• Collaboration: Work alongside project teams in completing new products and maintenance project delivery on time and within budgets.
• Engineering Innovation: Research, develop, and implement core technologies so Bray can remain competitive in the flow control market.
• Technical Risks: Identify and evaluate technical risks throughout the product development project life-cycle, while ensuring that design and engineering are correct and precise.
• Communication: Communicate complex valve technical information to your co-workers, customers, and suppliers effectively and clearly for both internal and external communications.
• Mentoring: Develop and maintain best engineering practices and mentor junior engineers to assist their professional development with Bray.
