The Heavy Equipment Shop Technician position has the following requirements: 

• Self-starter able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery for occasional jobs.
• Ability to work various shifts as needed, which may include days, nights or, weekends to support customer needs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace work environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; able to diagnose and repair equipment accurately.
• Ability to use a computer, Microsoft Office products and any service software required in position.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to promote a positive customer experience.
