Mobile Diesel Mechanic II

COX seeks a skilled and experienced Mobile Diesel Technician Level II to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to their operations' safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance ("PM"), DOT Inspections, and follow-up repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs on various types of truck equipment: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems; Starters/Alternators; Fan clutches; engine electronics; Diesel steering systems; Engines (gas and diesel); Transmissions (manual and automatic); clutches; Differentials. etc
• Diagnose, adjust, and repair various types of truck equipment: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Air conditioning systems, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Diesel steering systems. 
• Engines (gas and diesel); Transmissions (manual and automatic); clutches; Differentials. Etc.
