System Engineering Technician

Danfoss seeks a skilled and experienced System Engineering Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to their operations' safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

- Manage hydraulic test rigs and host tests, which includes establishing test parameters, configuring instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
- Host performance tests on prototype hydraulic systems and components as per Peripheral Procedures, while capturing results in a database and spreadsheet.
- Analyze test results and assist in preparing technical reports detailing test results, observations, and noting potential problems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to test rig setups and hydraulic systems performance issues.
- Provide engineers with support in developing and implementing testing plans.
- Design and construct hydraulic systems and components, along with prototype hydraulic systems and components.
- Ensure a safe and organized work space at all times.
- Dedicated time to assist with field testing hydraulic systems on off-highway vehicle platforms.
