Field Service Technician (O&G, Hydraulic)

Field Service & Maintenance

Provide servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs on torque tools, jar testers, and other mechanical/hydraulic service equipment at customer's locations.
Perform functional tests to check that equipment was working properly.
Ensure the equipment is serviced per NOV procedures.

Travel

Travel to customer locations within and outside the base country as required, sometimes with limited notice.
Deliver efficient service while maintaining a professional and safety-conscious approach when at a customers facility.

Documentation & Reporting

When required, ensure that all maintenance logs, service reports, calibration certificates, and customer paperwork are correctly completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Ensure service documentation is detailed, accurate and report any issues or non-conformance noted during service.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all company HSE (Health, safety, Environmental) policy and site-specific safety rules and protocol.
Identify hazards and ensure corrective action is taken.
