McCain is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator - Cold Storage to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about operating and repairing a wide range of heavy-duty equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize pallets from the production area and place them in designated storage locations.

  • Provide break coverage for fellow operators during scheduled and unscheduled times as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met.

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.

  • Report any safety concerns or lift truck misuse to the supervisor promptly.

  • Assist with trailer loading on designated sanitation days.

  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance workplace safety.

  • Identify and recommend improvements to optimize Cold Storage operations.

  • Operate and navigate Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively.

  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
