Senior Mechanical Technician

Weatherford actively seeks a skilled and experienced industrial maintenance technician to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to their operations' safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Position Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest principles of corporate governance, supporting ethical behavior and adherence to Weatherford's policies, management systems, laws, regulations, and best practices in every industry sector.
• Put quality, health, safety and security, and environmental protection at the heart of everything we do; and continuously seek improvement and better ways to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Understand intricate drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic circuitry, and demonstrate proficiency in the use of various measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Rework and assemble complete product lines with little or no support, and conduct the required final inspections and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with Production, Engineering, and Test.
• Develop junior individuals and help support and coordinate their mentorship assignments.
• Execute work assignments to the highest quality standard, and perform other related duties as determined by Management.
