Dozer Operator

Colas USA is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Dozer Operator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about operating a wide range of heavy-duty equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive tractor with concave blade mounted across front to gouge out, level, and spread earth and to push trees and rocks off land in preparation for construction roads and buildings.
• Should have a general understanding of the machine's mechanics and hydraulics.
• Should have the ability to perform an inspection checklist on equipment like tracks, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, and water.
• Must maintain equipment in good working order, lubricated, and serviced, including maintaining good housekeeping.
• Must comprehend slope and grade stakes data, slope type (4:1 or 2:1), ditch cutting depths, and fill section elevations.
• Must be able to drive the vehicle safely in the conditions of a job site and adhere to the company policies and procedures.
