Crane Foreman

Blattner Company is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Foreman to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining a wide range of crane equipment used in lifting services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Oversee and coordinate work of lower-level construction workers in a range of tasks, and in their progress
• Assist Blattner's safety program
• Make sure that all operators are trained according to Blattner Energy crane operations training requirements and maintaining a current accredited crane certification
• Responsible for management of hand tools inventory and maintenance, safety equipment, consumables, torque and tension tooling, tower wiring tooling, etc.
• Helps Superintendents locate crane walk places, helps ensure proper procedures for walking crawler cranes are being complied with, attends cross country and other crawler crane walks, audits pre-lift analysis sheets, audit of other Blattner Energy crane related documents and procedures
