Primary Functions

- Inspects, evaluates, and conducts advanced mechanical and hydraulic repairs, replacements, and upgrades.

- Follows up on repairs to ensure the work performed is effective.

- Dismantles and assembles complex mechanical assemblies.

- Inspects mechanical and hydraulic equipment according to maintenance programs.

- Conducts complex failure analysis, determining the root cause of the issues and establishing actions to prevent recurrences.

- Reviews emergency groups' repairs and performs failure analysis.

- Conducts analysis and proposal for machine and equipment replacement and upgrades.

- Plans proposals for subassemblies.

- Performs mechanical and optical alignment.

- Constructs hydraulic piping and installs accessories.
