Accountabilities

• Under the direction of the Tech Mentor and Service Manager, performs basic service activities as assigned.
• Develops skills in removal, disassembly, and reconditioning of parts.
• Assists with service technicians as needed, including delivery of parts.
• Participates in mandatory training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
• Maintains tools and equipment in good working order.
• Keeps work area neat and orderly and performs work to identified standards.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
• Completes all reports and forms requested in conjunction with job assignments.
• Accounts for all time and material used to perform job assignments.
• May perform set-up and pre-delivery inspection on new equipment.
