Excavator Operator

Eaton Asphalt is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will ensure the fleet operates at peak performance, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely operate hydraulic excavators to trench, install utilities, and prepare sites
• Excavate for storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main installations
• Set trench boxes and shore trenches in accordance with safety requirements
• Carefully excavate around existing utilities
• Assist with grading and backfilling as part of the dirt crew
• Work with ground crew and foremen to ensure accurate cuts and slopes
• Conduct daily inspection and perform routine maintenance on all equipment
