Maintenance Technician

Alvest Equipment Services (AES)  is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining ground handling equipment in the airport environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical differences in different Ground Support systems
• Equipment (GSE) subsystems and systems.
• Examine parts, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Break down parts, examine for quality considerations, and rebuild to OEM specifications.
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance. Carefully record all planned and unplanned maintenance activities using computer-based Maintenance Information Systems (MIS).
• Participating in ongoing improvement programs for improving operating efficiencies and minimizing downtime.
• Strictly follow common aviation practices of Tool Control, FOD Prevention, Safety, and Parts Accountability.
