Job Summary

• Assembles, tests, and installs products as specified. 
• Independently resolves all routine issues and most complex problems and questions using critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, and refers more complex issues to higher levels. 
• Performs diagnostic troubleshooting on failed electronic, hydraulic, or mechanical equipment of moderate complexity with little to no guidance. 
• Learns to troubleshoot circuits using the appropriate test equipment, schematic drawings, and knowledge of electronics and hydraulics to determine where the failure occurred. 
• Works with minimal supervision and may adapt procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to address special requirements. 
• Collects, records and maintains quality records and other required test documentation for both receipt, in-process, and final inspection including test reports, fail test reports, Quality Notifications (QN’s), and Service Notifications (SN’s) in a clear and accurate manner. 
• Exhibits safe habits and housekeeping, keeping the workplace clean and organized and all tools in their designated spot.
