Maintenance Technician

Danfoss is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about repairing and maintaining Fanuc Robotics and CNC Machines, and installing and maintaining hydraulic circuits in Industrial equipment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Job Tasks

• Examine test results, machine, and error messages along with information that has been gotten from operators for diagnosing faults in equipment. 
• Repairing and maintaining Fanuc Robots and CNC machines, such as Mazak/Makino Machining Centers
• Replacing faulty field components and modules. Installing hydraulic circuits in industrial equipment, which includes hoses, relief valves, proportional valves, and other hydraulics.
• Automation troubleshooting involving A/C and DC Motors, Motor Starters, and VFDs
• Adhere to all Safety Regulations, such as PPE, NFPA-70, NEC, and OSHA
