Quicksilver Contracting Co. is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Skidder Operator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

A minimum of 3 months running a grapple skidder is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with medical/dental after 60 days. 401(k) plan eligibility after 1 year of service. Job duties consist of running a swing boom skidder to move bunched turns of timber to the landing for processing. Daily maintenance work and fueling, along with greasing, are required. Plus, there may be other duties assisting with site operations, including any maintenance on other equipment. Pay scale is based on experience. Job locations include Klamath, Lake, and Deschutes counties.
